Still Lumber Company gladly accepts returns or exchanges for products that are not special orders with a sales receipt, however we ask that the returned products meet our criteria for a full refund.Boards in their original lengths (as purchased)

  • Boards in their original lengths (as purchased)All Material must be free from mud, water damages, saw or other power
  • All Material must be free from mud, water damages, saw or other power tool marks, nails and screws, drawings or sketches, paints or stains, excessive bows or bends due to product mistreatment, etc.Moulding and other trim pieces must be longer than 8ft
  • Moulding and other trim pieces must be longer than 8ftShingles, 2X2’s, and
  • Shingles, 2X2’s, and pickets may be returned only by the complete bundle size as purchasedCertain products may be subject to a restocking fee
  • Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee
  • Products returned via our fleet are subject to additional transport charges

Still Lumber reserves the right to make changes to this policy or deny refund for any product, on a case by case basis. To better use our resources and become more sustainable, we ask all material left outside that is rain sensitive be covered and be preserved in the condition it was sold to ensure a guaranteed refund.
